PortraitI was previously an Analyst at Sierra Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. After 2.5 years at Sierra, I left in October 2006 to co-found a consumer Internet company. Check out my LinkedIn profile for slightly more detail on my professional background.

My long term goal has always been to be a successful entrepreneur, which is one of the reasons I started this blog. I hope that Startup Review will be a good resource for everyone interested in Internet entrepreneurship. I currently live in San Francisco and spend a lot of time playing with things online. I am also a huge CAL (Go Bears!) and San Diego sports fan.

PortraitI am an attorney serving as outsourced general counsel to high-growth companies. Before that, I worked for eight years in two transactional boutique law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and represented a wide variety of companies. My clients cover a broad swath of industries, and my particular fields of interest relate to consumer internet services and “clean” technologies. Portrait I work for Edison Venture Fund, an expansion stage venture firm investing in IT business solutions. Prior to VC, I earned an “MBA in Corporate Politics” while documenting/establishing enterprise-wide SOX controls, managing budgets, re-engineering processes, developing key performance indicators for every department, and implementing software.
